Pre-Built Saunas – Assembly Time: 1-3 Hours
Family sauna rooms can be assembled from a kit in less than a day. No

pre-built or prefabricated home
saunas, the packages will contain items such as pre-built wall and
ceiling panels, pre-hung doors, benches, backrests and headrests, the floor
boards and all accessories for a complete installation. All the parts
including the heater of your choice will arrive in several packages that can
be assembled in just a few hours.
Pre-Cut Kits – Assembly Time: 1-3 Days
A precut sauna kit or material package
is ideal for converting an existing room into a family sauna. You can ask
the manufacturer to pre-cut all the material to fit the exact dimensions of
your room. There is no waste which could translate into a better deal than
buying at your local lumber yard. You need to be a bit of a handyman when
you assemble one of these kits. Plan at least 2 to 3 days to complete the
project from start to finish.
Keep in mind that the kits for pre-built or modular family saunas are
freestanding, self-contained rooms. In other words: a complete sauna that is
shipped to your door in several packages. A pre-cut kit, on the other hand,
contains only the material for the inside of the sauna room. If you do not
have an existing area you will need to frame and insulate a suitable
enclosure for installation of the kit.
